Extremely annoyed with Dell Singapore service. Cheap laptop quality

Hi,

I bought dell laptop on 1st july and now there are several problems faced within 1 month.
1. Camera hardware stopped working.
2. Microphone stopped working.
3. Onsite technician came and replaced hardware and left HAIR in the middle of the screen which is now irritating me.
4. Laptop flap hinge is now messed up and dislocated.
5. System permanently sleeps if the flap is pulled down. You cannot even shut down it. You have to forcefully shutdown the system and then start again.

I am  with DELL service and dell product. I am supposed to lodge a complaint again Dell now .  I have suffered alot as I run my company "an internet website" which has suffered a loss because of this. Kindly call me ASAP and replace this product.
