Second hand laptop, must verify my ownership?

I bought the laptop 2nd hand with few years DELL Warranty and now i have issues with the laptop, Called & sent message to DELL support, they are asking me to verify my ownership. Its facebook marketplace i bought from, they don't provide receipt, what should i do? I have already submitted a ownership transfer form using previous owner Facebook Market Place and my postcode. Now i have no clue what I should do to solve this ownership issue. Can someone help me with this please?

Anything a "few years" old likely has no remaining warranty -- and even if the system does have a warranty, that's only to the original seller until you transfer ownership. In turn, that requires knowing the name and contact information of the current registered owner. You'll need that from your seller, or you have no warranty.
