Return policy
I have had my computer for around a year and half now and have had to send it back 5 times for repairs and replacements. I am a college student and no longer have time for dealing with repairs and trouble shooting. This computer has been incredibly frustrating and the “premium” support I paid for had been incredibly unsatisfactory. I am still under warranty, what is the return policy

You can only return a system within the first 30 days after shipment.
Once a system has been unsuccessfully repaired three times, the next attempt means you can ask for replacement system (this will not be new, but refurbished).
