OEM AC Adapter, 2nd delay

I ordered an OEM AC Adapter and now on 2nd delay. They keep saying it's in stock but said my order is on hold, FOR WHAT? The supervisor claimed it had something to do with UPS, FEDEX. Then they claimed they had shipped it despite not showing as shipped. Put item in a box with label and hand off to any carrier, It is NOT rocket science, Amazon does it every min of every day. Sick of the obfuscated. BE HONEST and UPFRONT Dell.

3 Delays

ANOTHER DELAY
Delivery Delayed Your order has a new delivery date of Apr 23, 2025,

If Dell tries to expire my paypal Buyer protection of 45 days, I will have to cancel and reorder to keep my protection current.

I know no other reason why it delays, delays, delays... It has my payment source, Has my address, JUST BE HONEST AND FORTHRIGHT
