Monitor advanced exchange request denied

I'm having the same issue, for no reason whatsoever they are denying my credit card. I sent back my faulty monitor the first time which had horizontal lines and they sent me an even worse monitor with 2 dead pixels and lines. One of the worst experiences ive had.
