U4025QW, advanced exchange request denied
I'm literally in the same boat, only mine is a Dell UltraSharp 40 Curved Thunderbolt™ Hub Monitor - U4025QW that came with bad Thunderbolt ports.
They've acknowledge it and, like you, say they will do an Advanced Exchange. I give the credit card info (on my first one, Amex even sent me an instantaneous e-mail acknowledging the $1,703.98 charge), then, again, like you, I get an e-mail from Dell saying "Your Advanced Exchange request was not approved". Yesterday I gave them a Master Card and the same thing happened.
