Missing premium plus warranty and no support !
Alienware Aurora R16
I have bought a new R16 along with 3 years premium plus support warranty (on my order as 3 years) now looking at my service tag (system was despatched yesterday) I can see I’ve only been given 2 years premium plus.
funny thing is I can’t speak to a single person as Everything is shut until Monday in UK. This is meant to be premium support plus ?
I know this may be an oversight by dell but not getting to speak to someone is just a joke when I have premium plus.
wow !!! Just wow!! Not impressed at all.

nope that phone number is closed until Monday as I already tried to call that exact number..

@JohnW73 what I have done in the past is use the get help now button in the lower right corner of the screen, and they provided me with a phone number to call. This was on a Saturday.
I know you have Premium Support Plus, but this is not really a super urgent issue as they can take care of this for you on Monday or any other time after that.

I was told in chat 24/48 hours max 48 hours ago. Now I’m being told another 48 hours. Starting to regret my purchase and not even got the computer yet. £2.7k and can’t sort out something simple.
