I want replacement,

I bought this laptop before 2.5 years, within few months I had a lot of problems in my laptop like speaker wasn't working even the screen wasn't working , the laptop was always slow even for watching a YouTube video the laptop hangs. So I complained in the customer care and they came and replaced the screen and speaker . where complaining to them itself is a huge task. After three or four months again this problems came again again I complaint again they and replace the screen. Now my warranty is gone and again this problems came my screen is not working after 2 replacements, I want to know that is Dell is really doing quality checks before selling laptop to the customer. buying laptop to them was never good experience to me , spending 70000 to a laptop is huge for me as a student, I don't want great great performance from my laptop I just asked for a working screen and the working speaker this never happened for me after spending a huge amount, my future depends on this laptop, i cant afford new laptop, or repair this laptop. I want a replacement.

"Now my warranty is gone"

There are no exceptions to Dell policy. Once the purchased warranty has expired, Dell will not send a replacement unit. You have to pay for repairs via the out of warranty offering.

Click on Get Help Now button for a live chat and to submit your request to appropriate personnel.  If a replacement unit is approved, agent will need to verify shipping info, do not post it here.  When the same model is no longer available, Dell may choose to ship you a newer model with the same specifications or better.

@DELL-Chris M yes your are  correct, i can pay for my own repairs  if this was a laptop which worked at least for an 3 month period after buying newly.  just think, a person buys a new laptop from from dell (international brand) every 3 months he spends complaining about new issues which arises in the laptop, until his warranty is gone. i will pay for the repairs of this laptop screen and speakers and i am 100 percent sure that this problem will again arise in this laptop , do you want me to keep on spend for the repairs every 3 months.
