How to identify repacked dell product

I bought dell 9315 detachable from sharafdg two days back from their listed seller. Upon receiving item I tried to register the product and it shows already registered with dell in 2023. The seller sold this item as new and 2025 model. After this I checked its packing and found there is no manufacturing date on the box and further the plastic packing inside was made in UAE and box piece written as made in china. Overall I suspected this as used item repacked and approached sharafdg but there are not able to understand the situation keep on responding it’s new product only. I have emailed them but no positive response on replacement or refund. I wish to know if anyone had such situation previously.

The system was released in 2022, so it's not a new system -- these have not been produced in a couple of years.

If it was already registered with Dell, it means it is a return - or used.  Simple as that.  If you're not happy with the situation and were promised a new system, this is not it - return for a refund.
