DP World Tracking
Just wanted to ask if you received your order on the date DP World emailed you? I am experiencing the same thing, blank tracking updates and just received an email from DP World stating it will be delivered tomorrow (17th June) between 8:00-18:00

@courbcyr Hi, wondering what date you ended up receiving your parcel? I am experiencing the same thing with tracking, it's saying it will be delivered tomorrow with blank tracking updates and DHL have now just messaged me saying they're still waiting to even receive the parcel. So I am entirely confused.

My delivery was supposed to be tomorrow (July 10), and I have received a similar e-mail from DP World, asking me to wait at the address during 08:00-18:00.
However, the e-mail describes itself as automatically-generated. The DP World website continues to show "Your order has not yet been received by our warehouse".
There seems to be a high risk of me waiting a whole day for nothing.
I would be interested if anyone has simliar experiences and can share the outcomes?

@JL2025 Hi there, I would rely on the email estimated delivery date!!! I received the same email on the 17th June with the same tracking that did not work, but then on the 18th June DHL and Dell sent text updates throughout the day about the order along with tracking details and a more specific delivery window.
If you’re desperate to track your order now instead of waiting for the text updates like I was, I found another forum that got a detailed tracking number for all Dell orders. It suggested this which worked for me: “Their website is track.dhlparcel.co.uk and you just enter the shipment number as 3998 followed by the DELL order number. You also have to specify the delivery post code.”
My delivery arrived on the 18th June (same day as text messages) hope this helps :)

@lakss935 Hey but that was DHL wasn't it....DHL has quite a decent history with delivering parcels, they're quite good. DP world on the other hand I'm not sure, never heard of them. And I am also in the same boat. My XPS9350 is supposed to be delivered today (5th August 2025) but my tracking on DP World still says the parcel hasn't been received by them. I haven't even got any emails of any sort. Not sure what I should do.
