Blank info on DP World Tracking

Is there any way to ACTUALLY see Tracking Information on the DP World Tracking page, rather than a template that shows no Order History and a 'blank' tracking template? The Dell order status says 'Shipped' and a Delivery Due date, but the DP World Tracking says they've not received it, (even though they declare delivery is estimated to be by tomorrow)! As a small business, having to have staff continually available to receive the shipment is quite annoying.

If this is a notebook or desktop system, allow time for international shipping (these are built in China or Mexico) before the tracking link becomes active.

@DELL-Cares​ I posted on here, in desperation, after Dell declared my Dec 23rd (Dell Outlet) order was shipped ("Early"?) on Jan 3rd, but this morning (Jan 7th), DP World Tracking stated the order hadn't been received. Then, suddenly, three hours later, I received an email from DP World, stating that the order would be delivered tomorrow, sometime between 0800-1800 hours.

So, our fingers are crossed that the order appears whilst we are in attendance tomorrow...
