Dell Rewards credit not refunded after order cancelled
I recently ordered a Dell monitor and applied a portion of my Dell Rewards toward the purchase. I had to cancel the order a few days later, and while the refund for the cash portion now shows as successful, my Dell Rewards credit has not yet been returned to my account.
This was my first time using Dell Rewards, and I specifically cancelled the order so I could purchase a better version of the monitor. Without the credit back in my balance, I’m at risk of missing the sale and not making the order altogether.
I’m disappointed because one of the main reasons I'm purchasing via Dell Online is the ease of ordering and service, and right now it feels like the opposite.

Rewards were refunded a few days after they reached out to me, great customer service from Dell.
