Delete my Dell purchasing account, #3

I have the same problem.  I cannot delete my account  NO ONE will answer the phone and I am stuck in a downward spiral of the website trying to chat with someone.  DELETE my account.  I didn't even create it.  Someone highjacked my email.  DELETE my account.

We on the Forum do not have any control over the Dell purchasing account. In those, the DELL-Cares agent must initiate the Private Message conversation. Because you replied to another user post, this was not done. I will have to split off your replies into your own post.
