I can't delete my account!!

Good evening.

I'd like to delete my account. As soon as I press on the button to receive the one-time-use passcode, it sends me to a page that tells me I don't have the authentification. I just want to delete my account here and since there's no real people to talk to apparently, this is the only way.

Please help me as soon as you can.
