steps how to decommission splitter in Brocade DCX switch

I have found some documents to remove RPA but I am having hard time to find not replacement but decommissioning the Splitter in DCX switch.

I would appreciated if someone care to share all the steps or related document links that requires from RPA and Splitter how to power off splitter in non-invasive.
