Error: could not open 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\lib\i386\jvm.cfg'

Hello,

We have two Cisco MDS 9000 switches connected to our EMC Clariions.  Suddenly, I am unable to access Device Manager or Fabric Manager.  Each time I click the Start Menu links, I get a Java Virtual Machine Loader dialog box with this error:

Error: could not open 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\lib\i386\jvm.cfg'

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how to resolve this?  I've not tried to access either tool in months so I'm not sure what might have changed along the way to cause this issue.  I am running Windows 7 64-bit, and have Java 7 Update 45 and Java 7 Update 25 (64-bit) installed.
