SCV3020 System unable to accept disk because disk drive line Unknown is not compatible with system

Have been searching for a while, but i can't seem to find where this information is located, either on the web gui or the Dell Storage Center.

We purchased and installed a new drive but I assume there must be a firmware miss match as it won't accept the drive, despite being identical model and P/N. "SCV3020 System unable to accept disk because disk drive line Unknown is not compatible with system"

Any tips? Appreciate any advice. Is there an easy way to push the existing firmware in use on the other drives to the new one?
