SCv3020 CHAPs configuration with VMware

I'm configuring CHAPs between an SCv3020 and vCenter/ESXi servers. In the CHAPs configuration dialogue on the SCv3020 it says "Changing CHAP settings will cause existing iSCSI connections between SAN systems using this fault domain to be lost. Use the Configure iSCSI Connection wizard under Storage Center Actions to reestablish lost connections after changing CHAP settings". I can't find this wizard in Storage Manager and the only references in the documentation seems to be for PS arrays. Could someone tell me where this is, or if there is a different method for the SCv3020.

Hi jon1628,

Which version of Storage manager are you using? Page 472 https://dell.to/3jsHIUZ is that wizard not there?

Thanks. Think I originally mis-read the error message and it is only referring to links between SANs, which doesn't apply for our configuration, hence why I guess the option isn't there. I assumed this was causing the connections to stay down on the ESXi hosts, appears they need a rescan on the controller/storage to reconnect.

@jon1628 I am also trying to configure the CHAP on my SCv3020. Can you show me how this is done? How do i rescan the controller/storage after configuring the CHAP.

Thanks
