While CX4 EMC E-Mail Home smpt server was down, a disk failed?

hello

i know that if something fails on my cx4 and there is already set the e-mail home notification enabled, a Service Request Number is opened automatically in powerlink.

now i have a problem meanwhile smpt server was down for about 1 day, an fc disk failed, but the notifications was unable to open a SR. now smpt server is up.

question: how can i triger, push or re-send  manually this "failed disk" real event. in order to open a SR in powerlink?

any idea?

thank you.

MC

As far as I am aware, You can not push or trigger Dial Home alert again if the disk is failed already and the email has bounced.

Fastest way now, is to log in to:

https://support.emc.com/ > Log In with your Powerlink Credentials>  Click on Join Live Chat, Support Person will dispatch the Service Request for disk replacement after checking few details.
