Where can I found a disk fw

Hello !

I need to upgrade the firmware of some 005048847 disks

the procgen give the string  :

Drive firmware can be found on Powerlink at Home > Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Downloads C > CLARiiON Disk Firmware

to found it but it is not available at this time

Where can I found this firm ?

Ah, ok. If you go through the old Powerlink to support and then a link called "EMC Service partners web access". Then the tab "software" and then you select "drive code".

If you start USM to actually upgrade software or firmware, the downloads will be done from there

Ok

But I need to be on customer site,  connected to the CX  AND  with internet access to do that ....

With USM not connected on a array (at my office before to go on site) it is not possible .... not so good

Well, if you start to upgrade from Unisphere, it will try to launch USM and I think I remember that the download of USM will start by itself from there.

USM can be downloaded from Powerlink :

Home > Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Downloads T-Z > Unisphere Service Manager (USM)
