Unable to expand a disk pool

Hi,

We bought some new 2TB SATA II drives to put in our CX4-120 and when I initiated an expand I got this error message:

Cannot expand Storage Pool: The Disk Pool does not exist.

If I create another thin pool it's working good. I renamed the affected thin pool few months ago. Could this be related to the bug I have now?

How can I add thoses disks to this Thin Pool. Actually there is some SSD, FC and SATA drives in the TP.

Thanks.

Can you please try restarting the management server and check the status:

This procedure  must be performed on both Storage Processors to be effective!

  1. Open a new browser window.

  2. Type in the address bar:

    http: // xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/setup

Where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address of the Storage Processor (SP).

  3. When the screen has loaded, type in the Username and Password used to access Navisphere User Interface (UI).

  4. Once logged in, click the "Restart Management Server" button.

  5. Once the page has loaded, click the "Yes" option, and then click "Submit."

Please note, some of these symptoms might be resolved by performing this procedure.
