Silent install of Unisphere Host Agent
Does anyone have any experience with installing the agent on a Windows 2008 server environment?

Are you looking for the procedure to install it? Or are you already aware of the steps and have specific issues?
If you are looking for the process, generate the steps from the following link:
http://www.emc.com/microsites/clariion-support/central.htm
1) Then select the model of array you have
- I'm assuming a CX4 or prior since you posting to the CLARiiON forum
2) Then select "Server tasks > Update Software"
- Even though it is a new install, you'll find the install procedure in the resulting document
3) Then finish off the wizard providing the requested information; however, when prompted again select:
"Update Server Software"
On the resulting document (after you select "Customized Document"), you will find the procedure under the section:
"Silent installations and removals using the InstallAnywhere package"
It talks about new installations, proper flags, and how to create the response file.

The array is a VNX7500.

Hi,
You can find and generate the document for silent installation from EMC VNX Customer Procedure Generator Page.
Navigate to https://mydocs.emc.com/VNX/requestMyDoc.jsp
From Server tasks for the VNX5300, VNX5500, VNX5700, and VNX7500 > Install or update server software
Select the Updating Unisphere Server Software
Select the Model, OS and other details
Where you would get a link for customized document, where you can find the steps for performing silent agent installation
In the documentation, you can find a topic by name " Silent installations and removals using the install package"
