How to update Utility Toolkit on vnx5300?

Apparently the problem arose about 1 year ago, after updating Flare from R31 to R32. SPA did not complete the update. Although there were no errors in Unisphere. I'm trying to upload a MIF image for R32 to the SPA. But there was a problem - the version of the Utility Toolkit on the SPA from R31 and the RAM disk is limited to 2.5GB. But the image from R32 has a size of 2.8 GB. This image does not fit into a RAM disk when downloading via FTP. How to solve this problem. Can I upgrade the Utility Toolkit to R32 separately? How to do it?
And the second question is - I have SPB in working condition. Is it possible to restore SPB from it? Preferably without stopping the array.
