How to update the utility partition on a Clariion AX4-5i array?
I found this file in Powerlink for my Clariion AX4-5i array:
UtilityPartition-02.23.050.5.709-boomslang_free.ndu
It is said it's needed to support 2TB disks; I already updated FLARE OE to the latest available release (02.23.050.5.711).
How should I install this file? Same process as FLARE OE?
The array currently runs the Navisphere Express management software.

The Utility Partition allows you to use a recovery image to re-image a corrupted boot image on one of the two mirrored boot pairs or to convert the array from one CX type array to another. I am not aware that it is needed to to support 2TB Disks.
In order to install Utility Partition, follow the NDU procedure. Utility Partition has nothing to with Array functioning and its limitations.
2TB Disk support was FLARE limitation, I reckon.
Please, refer to emc110549 for more information on Utility Partition and FAQ.

Looks like it's only needed to support 2TB vault drives.
Anyway, how do I update it?

I just edited the post.
You would need to follow the same procedure as for any NDU.

So I should simply load the .NDU file here, like I did for the FLARE upgrade I performed some days ago?
