If the HBA's are not showing in Connectivity Status on the array as Logged in, then the hosts are not logged in - check the zones or that check on the switch that you can actually see the WWNs logged into the switch ports. This is almost always a problem with zoning or switch issues. If other hosts are logged in the array, then you know that the connection from the array to the switch is OK.

I would install the EMC Host Agent on the host again, deregister the current paths and reboot host. That way you are assured that the registration information is being pushed to the array - if the LAN connection from the host to the array is active.

nothing in Connectivity Status ? To rule out Navisphere/Unisphere being funky have you tried to restart Management server (http://spa/setup , repeat for spb)

Have you verified the host and volumes have been correctly added to the storage group on the Clariion?

i've seen this issue with a pair of old emulex or qlogic HBAs, firmware upgrade quickly resolved the issue.

Emulex firmware is up to date

yes it was through navi agent before

Now we have registered manually and started services of navi on the host

Have you double checked the WWPNs?  When everything looks right sometimes it helpful to delete everything and recreate it.  Try removing the zones, aliases, storage groups, etc.

How did you register the initiators before adding the host into the storage group? Were the initiators registered automatically by Navi/Uni Agent?

Thanks for your help and reply. We solved the issue.

Reason -  The ports that are coming from server it is given to opposite directors
