No health reports being generated
For some unknown reason, we are no longer getting health reports from either our Live or Backup Centera.
I test the email notification and the test messages came through.
I did a show config notification and the settings are correct but shows the last report was generated over 6 weeks ago. (I normally use the Centera Viewer to check the health so, honestly, I never noticed the missing emailed report.)
We have not done any updates to the Centera. We changed email servers but I've verified connectivity.
I just don't understand why it would stop generating reports.

Make sure your new email servers allow the Centera to relay externally.
Since you are getting the notify xml message (which I have come across quite often) most probably means the ConnectEMC processes are somehow hanging.
The quick (and dirty) fix is to do a show node detail accessprincipal -> This will show you the node that ConnectEMC is running on. Go to the Nodelist in CenteraViewer and restart the node.
The notify afterwards will most probably bring you the notify message and the HR.

If it is, then EMC Centera Support will need to dial in to check the maillogs and connectemc logs

Maybe ConnectEMC was having issues in this system too. If you changed anything at the smtp server (like allowing the ip addresses to send email) you might have changed something that made them go through as well.
Anyway, glad it worked out.
