you don't run HEAT reports against Celerra. What are you trying to find ?

Hi

You can get by running this script "/nas/tools/collect_support_materials" in

control station , which will give zip file output.

unzip and check it.

Version 2.9.0 or greater of the collect_support_materials script can be run through the Celerra Health Check. Similat to HEAT.

The Celerra Health Check is a Web-based application that processes the output of the collect_support_materials script provided with EMC Celerra software in the /nas/tools directory and performs the following functions:

  • Displays information about the Celerra Linux operating system, NAS version and model, control station configuration and file systems, data mover configuration, filesystems, interfaces and utilization, and backend checks.
  • Provides notices and warnings of potential problem areas where appropriate
  • Provides recommendations, where appropriate

You could have a support rep run the collect_support_materials through the Celerra Health Check tools as they would also be able to validate any false positives when presenting the resulting report..

Is the following path available to you in PowerLink?

Home > Support > Product and Diagnostic Tools > Environment Analysis Tools > Celerra Health Check
