Question about info Celerra
Hi
Does any one know how to get all info about the cellera, i mean, by using de Nas control Station, is there any menu to get all info from the cellera(dump), i dont remember how to get it, i forgot where the option is, after that i need to run this dump, in the servicetools.emc.com i mean run a HEAT.

you don't run HEAT reports against Celerra. What are you trying to find ?

Hi
You can get by running this script "/nas/tools/collect_support_materials" in
control station , which will give zip file output.
unzip and check it.

Version 2.9.0 or greater of the collect_support_materials script can be run through the Celerra Health Check. Similat to HEAT.
The Celerra Health Check is a Web-based application that processes the output of the collect_support_materials script provided with EMC Celerra software in the /nas/tools directory and performs the following functions:

You could have a support rep run the collect_support_materials through the Celerra Health Check tools as they would also be able to validate any false positives when presenting the resulting report..

i would like to do it myself without engaging support, just like i do regular HEAT reports.
