NMFS question

I have a questiona about Nested Mount File Systems (NMFS). Is there a way to nest a file system INSIDE another nested file system? For instance, can I nest a file system on a mount (called it "NMFS1", in the read-only root of "NMFS"), then create some folders underneath the NMFS1 directory, and then mount another filesystem inside of that, on another mount? I tried it myself, following the NMFS instructions provided by EMC, and it gave me an invalid operation error. I'm wondering if that's because of me or because it isn't possible.

Thanks!

No – you cant nest NMFS

You could play around with DFS root and symbolic links though
