Event logs not getting generated
We have changed the location of Eventlogs of Celerra CIFS Server.
Now getting error on server_log server_2 after changing the location of Eventlogs
2013-01-02 15:29:48: SMB: 3: initializeIfRequired: Unable to open log status=59
2013-01-02 15:30:19: SMB: 3: initializeIfRequired: Unable to open log status=59
Eventlogs are not getting opened.
Throwing error :
Unable to complete the operation on "Security"
The system cannot finf the path specified
Any solution?
No Events found!

those are correct instructions, i have used them numerous times. Double check the paths (case sensitive), the new file system was mounted as /winnt ?

Thanks dynamox,
Your solution resolved our issue.
The path was case sensitive.
The C:\ we were putting in CAPS which should be in small case.
Thank you very much once again.
EMC support has not yet found the solution
.
