Close open files on Celerra CIFS Server
I want to connect to a CIFS server on a Celerra via computer management on a Windows box to close some open files...
I can connect to the CIFS server but when I click on 'Shared Folders"> 'Open Files" I get the error
"You do not have permission to see the list of files opened by Windows Clients"
any ideas ???

do you have admin rights on that CIFS server ?

How would I add my domain account to the local administrator group on a CIFS server?

same way you are trying to close open files, using computer management. Sounds like you don't have permissions so you need to find somebody who does (probably your domain admins).
