Avamar Enterprise Management for 7.1

I have a G4S M1200 and ran bootstrap-7.1.1-145.sles11_64.x86_64.run to start the Avamar installation.  I can now browse to https://x.x.x.x:8543/avi/avigui.html but when I go to unlock what passcode am I support to use.  Also if I click on ? I see

Version:  7.1.1.145 Downloader Service: (Not configured).  I am very new to Avamar and trying to get through this installation.  There seems to be plenty of documentation on Vmware installations and I tried all the password mentioned.  Am I missing a step?  Do I need to configure a downloader Service? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
