x15 R1, spacebar adding extra space, cant install SA
My space bar has randomly started adding extra spaces? All drivers/bios are up to date. I have also been trying to install SA (SupportAssist) but every time I launch the installer I just get BSOD.
No Events found!

Update = After completing troubleshooting, a DELL-Cares agent setup a part replacement.

lol tried using the Get help now but that is a JOKE! And not getting a response from the private message. I hate this laptop so much. I will never buy a dell product again. Trying to install support assist just so I can register my device but it runs through the download of files then just says "installation failed restart and try again", I restart and try again only to get the same message but hey at least its not blue screening now that I deleted the support assist folders and reg enteries like other posts say to do.

The Dell SupportAssist application's installation code has been changed and is having problems installing on many systems. Dell has given SupportAssist v3.11.4.29 update many changes and should now automatically install on higher end Alienware systems. @DELL-Nathalia M says the Dell SupportAssist team is working on a solution for everyone, to be shared soon. SupportAssist for PCs - Dell Community
Check your invoice to see if your Alienware x15 R1 was purchased with a Dell warranty. Please visit your online Dell account to create Service Request so that Dell Support knows that there is Spacebar issue to be fixed. @DELL-Cares

Also trying to update firmware on aw610m which tells me I have to plug it in with a cable to use but once I unplug the wireless dongle and plugin the cable, since this stupid laptop has ONE usb port, the mouse is no longer detected and I cant update the firmware. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING MADE BY DELL AGAIN!

Hi @Grimmis132 support for Alienware Wired/Wireless Gaming Mouse | AW610M includes additional drivers. Be careful not to loose the AW610M customised cable. Clicking on the Documentation tab reveals many troubleshooting guides. Perhaps installing AW610M drivers followed by Restart (not Shut Down) will load and save changes to the operating system.
