which Windows will OS Recovery Tools restore ? 10 or 11 ?

My laptop is Alienware Area-51m, 2019. It was installed with Windows 10 Pro when I bought it.

Now I have already upgraded to WIndows 11 Pro for over one year.

I wonder if I run OS Recovery Tools to restore my OS, which Windows it will restore ? Windows 11 or Windows 10?
