m16 R2, AWCC has stopped recognizing my games
Anyone else having issues with Alienware Command Center after the recent Windows Update (9-11-24)?
It detected my games fine prior and I had a custom alienfx profile for Black Mesa (Steam) and ever since (after the update) my games are gone and it won't detect them. Also won't let me manually add them and gives me an error that it's blocked and that I can't add system stuff blah blah. I tried removing ACC and reinstalling, but that didn't work. Everything on the PC is up to date per Windows Update and Support Assist.
I also just got a new AW720H headset and the Alienware Pro Wireless Keyboard and neither are detected in Alienware Command Center. They work as intended (as a headset and keyboard) but I cant edit their colors or anything since they're nowhere to be found in AWCC. Getting frustrated. Just bought this laptop and only a week old.

To sum up: we're not alone in having this problem, and there doesn't seem to be a working solution as of yet...

I this issue fixed or not @DELL-Nat M ? I have downloaded the new version and installed AWCC. But still no solution. I have M16 R2. The surprising fact is before it used to auto change from BALANCED to PERFORMANCE while I start the game, but now it is not doing it. GForce Experience is auto detecting the same games into its library.

@w4721x I have this same problem. I just got my alienware laptop back from Dell today and I still have the same problem. The GeForce graphics card does not start when I start my MSFS 2020 or MSFS 2024 games. The games start loading then crash. I am so fed up, I just want to return this piece of junk and get my money back. I bought this in November 2024 mostly to play these games. AAAAhhhhh!!!
