m16 R1, why were some BIOS versions withdrawn?

This is not a transparent action from a so-called "reputable" company. The latest version is now 1.12: https://www.dell.com/support/product-details/en-ca/product/alienware-m16-r1-amd-laptop/drivers

There are some people who noticed that as well:

They removed all versions from 1.13 to 1.15 as if they never existed. I am currently dealing with a BIOS bug that triggers a STAPM limit every time I open a slightly heavy program. The issue is that the STAPM limit reacts too quickly, significantly dropping the wattage for an extended period. Even after I close all programs, the CPU frequency remains capped at 500 MHz
