m16 R1 AMD, Bios problem

Dell doesn't really like AMD. But they are forced to produce PCs with AMD processors because the performance of AMD compared to Intel is an undeniable fact. The version of the same laptop with an Intel processor has a BIOS with detailed visuals. Additionally, you can enable or disable the BIOS downgrade option if you wish. Anyway, to get to your problem. I just bought the laptop and was using it normally. After 5 minutes, during a Windows update, at one point the laptop forcibly received a BIOS update and bam. It was upgraded to version 1.15, and the laptop's boot times became very slow. After Windows updates and sometimes during normal booting, the laptop tries to start itself 5-6 times and after continuously trying for about 30 seconds, it restarts every time, as indicated by the fan noise. Of course, there is no display on the screen. It takes about 5 minutes for the laptop to finally boot up. I am looking at the BIOS version for this laptop; the last shared version is 1.12, and my laptop has 1.15. Of course, it doesn't take a genius to understand this. Versions 1.13, 1.14, and 1.15 are clearly faulty. The last working version seems to be 1.12, but we can't revert to that. We can't do anything because Dell prevents downgrading. They forcefully and secretly install faulty BIOS on our laptops, fix the issue with the new BIOS, and keep the downgrade option closed. If it were Intel, we would definitely have received several BIOS versions in a day. Do you think we are thoughtless like you? I don't see any premium product in this.

I don’t trust Dell. I think they’re engaging in such <Violations removed as per the Forum Code of Conduct to which you agreed to when joining. Posting the same Reply in multiples is spamming and not allowed. DELL-Admin>  to prevent AMD from showing its true power against Intel’s faulty 13th and 14th generation processors. There’s a 500-900 euro difference between two laptops with the same specs, like AMD 7845HX vs Intel 13980HX or 14900HX. Otherwise, they wouldn't be able to sell Intel devices.

If you do end up buying it, as soon as you power it on for the first time (before Windows loads), enter the BIOS and disable the UEFI Capsule Update. Additionally, disable anything related to Dell OS recovery or similar features you come across. It’s in your best interest to turn all of that off.
