m15 R7, wizard interrupted before AWCC installed

Iam with the same problem, and have already tried everthing

I have the same issue, updated windows, reboot, uninstalled Alienware, reboot, fails at The wizard was interrupted before Alienware Command Center Package Manager could be completely installed.

Hello! I have this problem too. My laptop is X17 R2. Alienware Command center doesn't work after update. I try everything ( repair, restore, uninstall &reinstall, etc). I bought this laptop less than a mounth ago. I really don't know what to do...

I'm also having this issue with the latest version, when trying to uninstall or repair the AWCC main package installation.

I have the same issue. At first, it wouldn't' update, then I uninstalled and deleted all AWCC files and downloaded the newest version. The install still didn't work. I have also re-updated all my drivers and updated my windows, yet the problem still consists.

Same issues here. Please Dell upload the correct and working installers for us! These are $2600+ USD Laptops

Same issue here.  I am on M15 R6.  Tried every method but helps nothing.

I just notice a new AWCC 5.5.46 published on 12 Apr 2023.  I have tried but finally it says "The wizard was interrupted before Alienware Command Center Package Manager could be completely installed".

Last update of "Alienware Command Center Application" is 12 April 2023 but this issue still going till now, their solution not help us!

Try installing even more earlier versions. For me, installing November 2022 version of command center have worked. If its not working for you try older versions.. I guess it should work ..

Is there any solution BESIDES using older versions of CC?!! That’s a workaround, not a solution!

i just fixed the issue AWCC installing stuck / interrupted 

follow this 
- find and download the latest awcc "Alienware Command Center Application" software 
- open your task manager before open the setup files
- open your setup files and click install

- back to your task manager and go to details tab, when the installing progress got stuck find elcsetup.exe and end task the process.

your installation should be continue after that

There is not elcsetup.exe in my details list.
