m15 R7, incorrect keyboard
I ordered the alienware M series per-key AlienFX RGB keyboard, and they sent me an Alienware M series 1-zone AlienFX keyboard. I paid over $3000 for the system and waited a month only for them to mess up my build.

During the first 30 days there is option to Reject Alienware m15 R7 that is not the system that was ordered. Dell Refund policy, New vs Refurbished - Dell Community Full refund is usually requested, otherwise the Dell warranty continues, whereas a new purchase starts with a new Dell warranty. Please action asap.
