AW920H, static, crackling noise
Have the same issue! <Different model 2022 released AW920H. Means a different thread. DELL-Admin>
Brand new pair and when ANC is on the right earphone starts making high static noise and crackling sounds when touched. This is only when ANC is on. This could not be expected behavior imo as it makes the whole listening experience unusable! Is that a defect or a software issue? Are there any moderators here who can raise a ticket and give us an approved answer? <Dell Forum moderators simply moderate the Forum. They do not create tickets. Use the GHN (Get Help Now) to chat with technical support agent. DELL-Admin> Or simply return them?
