Area-51m R2, problem with guarantee

Alienware Area-51m R2

I have Area-51m R2 and I wanted to use the guarantee. But in customer service they said that the owner information does not match and I cannot use the premium guarantee. I should contact the place where I bought this laptop. But that was over a year ago and I don't have the way to contact anymore? What can I do in this situation? I have three months Premium guarantee but I cannot use it?

Try Ownership Transfer | Dell US and/or Ownership Transfer and Dell Product Registration Guides | Dell US.  Ask local Dell Support to contact registered owner.

The original purchaser in France has remaining warranty. You do not have any warranty until you officially transfer the ownership of this Area-51m R2 into your name.

I cannot do it because I didn't know about this one year ago, and now I don't have it means to contact the owner before me.

what can I do in this situation

Hi @eXzi thank you for sharing update. 

Please get ownership of this Area-51m R2 into your name. If you start the process, Dell might finish the process.

If the seller cannot be reached, your warranty is effectively over.
