AW3423DWF, not turning on at all
Hello everyone, unfortunate circumstance for a first post - my AW3423DWF monitor decided it doesn't want to turn on today.
Have tried everything, trying different cables both power and video, different inputs, different sources of power and video (PC, Fire TV, PS5 for video sources, UPS and non-UPS power sources), and not even a flicker.
I'm on the latest June (I believe) firmware. Didn't do anything out of the ordinary last night when I shut my system off. It's never in sleep, it's always either in screensaver or switched off when I'm not using it. Not sure what my exact hour mark is but it should be in the 1500+ hour range of active on-time judging from my play times since I received it at launch about 10-11 months ago.
I've now unplugged it fully from all sources and will leave it as such for the next 24 hours at least before trying again tomorrow. Any and all recommendations are welcome. TIA!

[Marked as a solution for visibility purposes only. This issue may not be resolved for all users.]
If you're accessing this discussion because you own the AW3423DW (not the AW3423DWF), here’s some important information:
The AW3423DW is designed to protect its OLED panel and meet energy efficiency standards. After entering standby mode, it may automatically perform a Pixel Refresh and then power off completely.
This behavior is normal and helps ensure panel longevity while complying with ultra-low power requirements.
Why It Happens
How to Optimize Your Experience
1. Disable Eco Mode (Optional)
Menu → Others → Eco Mode → OffThis keeps the monitor in a lighter sleep state, making wake-up faster.
2. Keep Firmware and Drivers Updated
3. Power Settings
4. Manual Wake
If you own an AW3423DW or still need assistance, please follow the steps below based on your warranty status.

Unplug it from the power socket, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in.
Then press the power button on the monitor once.
Do the same thing to your computer.
It hopefully comes back on.

@Vanadiel Appreciate the reply, believe me I've tried. Just tried this cycle again a few times after 3 hours of being unplugged, still no luck.
Edit: IT LIVES THANK YOU
Just let it rest a little longer and it powered on...

If you have another monitor, I would verify that one works.
If it does, than the monitor is the issue. If not, than you have a bigger issue.

I have been having the same problem since I bought my monitor a week ago. Had to leave it unplugged all yesterday, plugged in this morning and was working fine. Turned it off as had other things to do today and now it wont turn back on! Very disappointing after paying £840 for it.

@DreadSQ did you end up finding a fix? Just happened to mine. Unplugged it to move it and now it won’t turn back on.

No, I sent it back to Amazon and got my money back. Shame really as it was great whilst it worked but it's disappointing to find others like yourself still having this problem. I would have thought Dell had fixed the problem by now?

My monitor (an AW3423DW) refused to wake up this morning like others described.
Not a single reaction to the power button even after several brief power cycles.
For me the solution was to keep the power off for a minute or two after which it behaved normally again.
Hope this can help someone else!
