AW3225QF, HDR ICC profile detected as SDR profile in Windows 11 24H2
I updated my computer to Windows 11 24H2 and now True Black 400 HDR ICC profile is detected by windows as SDR profile so I can't use it in HDR mode. Any idea how to fix it?

Dell Support must verify the AW3225QF ownership and warranty status. Each AW3225QF user must click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session to report the issue. Share the private AW3225QF Service Tag with the Dell agent.
* Open the AW3225QF Menu- Others
- What firmware version is currently installed? The latest available version is M2B105
- Run "Factory Reset"
* Post a video of the issue showing your Menu choices, etc.
Since the issue was not seen in version 22H2 and 23H2, then installing 24H2 must have changed a driver somewhere? Read through the many 24H2 known issues. I would start by reinstalling our Dell OEM AW3225QF driver. Restart the PC when done. Then reinstall your video card driver. Restart the PC when done.

Download the monitor drivers from this location. It should reinstall all the ICC profiles under Windows.
"Alienware AW3225QF Gaming Monitor Driver" is the one you want to download and install.

@DELL-Chris M thanks, I contacted your help agent and I looks like problem with 24H2 update, I will try to reinstall monitor and GPU drivers again. (I already tried reinstalling monitor drivers)

@Simon304 Hello. I was having the same issue whenever I lunched Fallout 76 (with auto HDR on or off) after the 24H2 update. I have my monitor set up to use Dolby Vision, but Fallout 76 would change the monitor to True Black 400.
I created and new profile for Dolby Vision using the Windows HDR Calibration tool and then set it to be the system default in Windows settings. See attached image.
Now Fallout 76 starts in Dolby Vision and doesn't switch to True Black. Try this and let us know if this fixes the issue or helps.

@Caveman8080 my problem is different, I don't use Dolby Vision. I use True Black 400 as my preference.
My problem is that this first color profile in your screen shot isn't detected as HDR profile for me. After updating to 24H2 windows says it's SDR profile and I can't select it in HDR mode.

@Simon304 I see. Can you check if the profile is in the Color Management tool for Windows?
If you just installed the display driver from Dell, you could try removing and re-adding it.
Select add, then select the True Black profile or browse and look in the C:\Dell folder for the True Black icm. Make sure to check the box for "Add as HDR Profile".
Let us know if that works. If not, it might be an issue with Windows not recognizing the monitor is HDR compatible with HDR enabled in Windows.

@Caveman8080 I have this display almost a year. I have installed this this ICC profile, HDR is working correctly, my only issue is that after updating Win 11 to 24H2 windows started detecting this ICC profile as SDR instead HDR.

Removing and then re-adding the profile in the color management tool didn't work?

@Simon304 Glad you were able to get it fixed.
I don't think that check box was there before the 24H2 update.
