Aurora R16, very slow upload speed, #2

Identical issue as here. I am on a business internet plan with Xfinity 1200 DL/40MB UL speeds. Every device in the house is getting the approximate speeds except my R16. I also have been receiving Security alerts (recently) from Xfinity that someone has been attempting to access my R16 but its been blocked by my router. I run Malwarebytes and Webroot on all of my PC's, multiple scans have turned up nothing. in desperation, I even downloaded the MS mailcious software removal tool. Nothing found. Changed the router password, rebooted the mini hub feeding this pc, changed cables, Nada!  I tried to install the Killer controller update as suggested but It bombs out with a message that says "Killer performance Driver Suite UWD cannot be installed with Killer wireless drivers." I have my wifi disabled. Any other suggestions?
