Aurora R15, making weird noises

HI, I have my Alienware Aurora r15 for almost a year and about a week ago it started to make weird noises when it was on, I thought it was because I needed to get rid of dust that may be in there, but after dusting the noise was still there, I was wondering if anyone would know what it is that is making that noise and how I would go about fixing it. I attached a video with the sounds. Its that humming as well as what sounds like a fan.
