Aurora R10, slow network speed new E2600 drivers

Hi All,

Have you noticed and/or experience slow speeds with the new drivers for the E2600 Killer Network Card (integrated network card) on the Aurora Ryzen Edition R10?

I rolled back to the 10/1/2021 10.53.1001.2021 and my speeds are back. Roll forward to couple of new ones and my speed decreases. This degraded performance is only with drivers after the 10/1/2021 10.53.1001.2021.

Newer Drivers:

I installed the Open Speed Test Server and did multiple runs. With the latest and greatest I see a degradation of almost 20%. ~ 780 Mbps bouncing up an down

I have a NAS and uploading files from the Aurora to the NAS I see a degradation of almost 40 % ~600Mbps bouncing up and down

10/1/20/21  10.53.1001.2021 Driver.

 I see ~980Mbps steady.

I would like to run the newer driver, any advice?

I finally found the problem!  Killer Performance Suite - even thought I have never used it or set it up.

I deleted  the killer  performance app and only installed latest drivers.

Try the Intel ones, they might be newer. Dell drivers are usually a bit behind the manufacturer latest driver.

Must be an issue with the latest drivers. Since the older driver works properly I would roll back and call it a day.

Still running win10?  win11 is a different driver

I've been using the Intel performance suite for quite some time with no problems. The Dell drivers might not install over the suite.

A couple of things. If you do not find the killer performance suite app but you find services (serivces.msc) with that the name starts with the word Killer,  below are the steps that worked for me:

  1. Prevent Windows Update to download and re-install the intel drivers since it will continue downloading the Killer Performance Suite services ( This steps will stop all drivers update)
    • I used the Group Policy to accomplish this: gpedit.msc -> Local Computer ->Administrative Templates ->Windows Components -> Windows Update -> Manage Updates Offered from Windows Update -> Do not Include Drivers with Windows Update -> Check Enable Apply/OK
  2. Download the Killer Performance Suite from Dell website ( Not from Intel, the intel one did not work for me) and install the app.
  3. Restart
  4. Remove the Killer Performace Suite using the Add/Remove Programs
  5. Restart and you should be done.

Once  computer is back go to services.msc you need to confirm that you have no services that the names starts with Killer e.g. Killer Analytics, Killer Dynamic Bandwidth.... etc.)

@coa132435
What kind of drivers and where did you find/download them from?
