Hi, I have a Dimension E521, is it even possible to install a wifi-card for Internet connection or is this just too old?

Hi
First off the ethernet connection?
Steps to install the network driver:
Visit Dell's official support page for the Dimension E521 or a reliable driver download site.
Download the Broadcom 440x 10/100 Integrated Controller driver compatible with your Windows version (Windows XP, Vista, 7, etc.).
Transfer the downloaded driver to the Dell E521, if necessary, using a USB stick.

The Dell Dimension E521 desktop supports standard PCIe x16 slots which can accommodate many modern PCIe network cards. The key considerations for a suitable PCIe network card for this model are physical size (full height or low profile card), compatibility with older PCIe generation (likely PCIe 1.0 or 2.0), and the required network speed.
I don't know your region, or budget, so perhaps start your research with this.. Edimax PCIe x1 WiFi Adapter
then consider this .... https://www.pcguide.com/wifi/guide/best-pci-e-card/

@anne_droid Thank you so much for the information, I appreciate it. I have a newer PC & a Laptop. I'm trying to see if it's worth it to get this one up and running again. I already have issue with the power supply again so I am on the fence if I should put the effort in as it's still runs on Vista so I'm just not sure if I should upgrade or try and part it out ?? sell/recycle/trade. Again thanks for your reply. 😁
