"The minimum components to allow the PowerEdge™ 1900 to complete POST are: • System board • Processor (with heatsink) in socket 1 • One stick of memory in slot 1 • 1 power supply • Control panel (to turn on system) If you get video and POST with these items, then you can add back in the other components one at a time until you get to the problematic part. If at minimum to POST you still get no video or POST, then you can start to troubleshoot the few components left installed. Let us know how things progress. Thanks."
