Poweredge t320 troca de hd (Poweredge t320 HD replacement)

Boa tarde, tenho um servidor t320 que apresentou erro nos HD sas 2 e 3. Fiz a troca dos 2 por novos, setei eles como global hs. 

Os disco 2 apareceu para fazer rebuild e subiu normalmente, já o 3 fica apenas em Ready e não tem a opção rebuild. 

Já reiniciei o server, já esperei por vários dias e nada. 

Alguém pode dar uma dica ?

I have a t320 server that showed an error on HD sas 2 and 3. I replaced the 2 with new ones, set them as global hs.

Disk 2 appeared to rebuild and went up normally, while disk 3 is only in Ready and does not have the rebuild option.

I've restarted the server, I've waited for several days and nothing.

Can anyone give a tip?
