USB DEVICE LOCKING

I use an M-Audio Oxygen 49 controller keyboard to play virtual musical instruments. He's Plug and Play. I have been having problems with its use because it stops working as if something disables the signal input, maintaining only its state if turned on, visible by its Led. I turn off its button and turn it back on and it works completely again for just a few moments and again stops playing. My Anti virus is Windows Defender only.
Help me.
